Let us assure you that we respect your privacy. Any personal information
you supply us for the purpose of ordering will NEVER be sold, exchanged,
traded or in any way released to anyone outside our company.
Return Policy
We work very hard to offer you great quality products with pictures
and detailed descriptions in hopes of keeping merchandise returns
at a minimum, thus keeping costs as low as possible.
Also, we offer products in small quantities allowing you to sample before
committing to a large quantity of beads. If you must return an item, it must
be returned within 30 days of purchase with original or copy of invoice.
There is a 15% restocking fee and postage fees are not refunded. We must
adhere to this policy in order to offer our products at the best possible prices.
