Q: What are your return policies?
A: We work very hard to offer you great quality products with pictures and detailed descriptions in hopes of keeping merchandise returns at a minimum, thus keeping costs as low as possible.

Also, we offer products in small quantities allowing you to sample before committing to a large quantity of beads. If you must return an item, it must be returned within 30 days of purchase with original or copy of invoice. There is a 15% restocking fee and postage fees are not refunded. We must adhere to this policy in order to offer our products at the best possible prices.

Q: Do you ship to where I live? How much will shipping cost?
A:We hope to keep our shipping and handling charges are as low as possible. We are happy to try to ship anywhere in the world; luckily the majority of destinations have relatively similar shipping costs for small items like beads.

A: We are commited to ensuring that any personal information obtained will be kept completely private. Take a look at the privacy policy page for more information.

Q: Do you have, or are you getting more of a certain bead?
A: We do your best to restock beads that we have previously had, but not everything we get comes from a consistent supplier. We would love to know what products you would like us to carry or restock, so please feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to find what you're looking for.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in Toronto, Canada. As we are a small, home run business, we do not have a physical store for customers to visit.
