Return Policy

We work very hard to offer you great quality products
with pictures and detailed descriptions in hopes of
keeping merchandise returns at a minimum, keeping
costs as low as possible.

Also, products are available in small quantities, allowing
you to sample before committing to a large quantity of
beads. If you need to return an item, it must be
returned within 30 days of purchase with original or
copy of invoice. There is a 15% restocking fee and
postage fees are not refunded.
